This claim illustrates how damage to a roof caused by Wind/Rain created an openning in the roof. The result was severe water damage to the property owners, ceiling walls and floors above the kitchen. The end result was a total collapse of the kitchen ceiling. A claim of this magnitude has to be inspected quite thoroughly and a roof contractor was called in to inspect the roof. His findings substantiated the Wind/Rain claim.
